I am a ceramics enthusiast and have been collecting studio / craft pottery for several years. As with other enthusiasts, I derive much pleasure from my own collection and when viewing other work generally; in galleries, makers studios, or on the internet. The makers themselves are a vital element of my enjoyment. Learning about their pottery backgrounds, personal influences and techniques enables us to gain a fuller appreciation of their work.

This site is somewhat personal, in that I won't be acquiring work that caters for all contemporary ceramic tastes. But whatever your preferences, I hope you will find the images and information about the makers and their work of interest.
